Initial Psychiatric Evaluation ( 60-90minutes)

Comprehensive diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and medication recommendations when appropriate.

Follow-Up Medication Visits (20–30 minutes)

Ongoing medication management, symptom monitoring, and adjustments as needed.

Telemedicine services are offered on a case-by-case basis, across Texas.
Second Opinion Diagnostic Consultation
-
A one-time psychiatric consultation for individuals seeking a second opinion on a mental health diagnosis, current medication regimen, or treatment plan.

It includes; One-time evaluation (60 minutes). Review of diagnosis, symptoms, and current medication. Thoughtful feedback and recommendations. No ongoing care required. This service supports informed decision-making and clarity—without pressure to continue treatment

We do NOT provide one-time psychiatric assessments (Such as legal matters, disability application, psychological evaluations related to work/employment, pre-procedure clearance, etc.) For existing patients, disability can only be determined after on-going treatment relationship. It may also involve obtaining collateral information. Our office reserves the right to decline a disability assessment.

We also do NOT provide crisis management. If someone needs the immediate attention of a Physician, please go to your nearest Urgent Care or Emergency room.

We are in the process to accept more insurances in the near future. Please check back often for updates!
As we are currently out-of-network with some insurances, we strongly encourage you to check your out-of-network benefits to see if you can apply them to our services. If we do not accept your insurance and you decide to utilize our services via self-pay for out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement of a certain percentage of what you paid (your insurance company determines percentage or amount reimbursed). Please get in touch with your insurance plan to ask about their reimbursement rates for in-network and out-of-network mental health outpatient services.
Self pay - Initial Assessment 60-90 min: Children and Adolescent: $ 400
Adults: $ 350
Follow up Medication Management visit: 20- 30 mins-Per session: $ 175
Canceled without 24-hour notice /No Show: $ 75
