What to expect
All new patients will receive a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, so that we can develop a treatment plan together. Please come with an open mind. No medications will be given simply by

request. All medications/diagnoses from previous providers will be evaluated

carefully.  If one session is not enough to address all of your questions or make a

diagnosis, we can do follow-up sessions.

Once a full assessment is complete, we will begin treatment planning. You may

be recommended medication treatment, psychotherapy, or both. Medications

may or may not be prescribed after the first session.

Please familiarize yourself with our office policies prior to making
your

appointment.

About the treatment

The therapeutic relationship is a unique entity to mental health. We ask that you bring an open mind to your treatment. Overall, change usually occurs gradually over time and no provider can guarantee any specific outcome. Many medications require daily compliance to see an impact over the course of 3-4 weeks. We welcome your feedback as we progress.
